Product description
Hanno®-3E Basic BG1 is a pre-compressed and impregnated multifunctional joint sealing tape made of soft polyurethane foam with an acrylate dispersion impregnation and moisture-adaptive functional membranes. Pre-compressed roll stock with an acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive for easy installation. For sealing all functional areas in window joint sealing with a single product. The tape meets the requirements for airtight and driving-rain-tight sealing in window construction.
Product properties
- stress group MF1 - DIN 18542
- DIN 18542:2020 Extended joint area MF2
- Building material class B1 - DIN 4102-1
- Impermeable to driving rain (up to 600 Pa - DIN EN 1027)
- Airtight (a-value << 0.1 m³/(m·h [dPa]⅔) – DIN EN 12114 / DIN EN 1026)
- Very low emissions - EMICODE®-EC1Plus
Application areas
- Window construction
- stress group BG1
Processing
Please follow the assembly instructionsCleaning
- Skin cleaning with soap and water. Impregnate and/or adhesive residues can be removed with a petrol-based cleaning agent. Please observe the safety instructions.
Delivery form
- Pre-compressed on rolls
- Self-adhesive on one side
- Moisture-adaptive functional membrane(s)
Notes
Depending on the weather conditions, the membranes require some time for their final and even contact pressure on the joint flankn. Tightness tests should therefore only be carried out four weeks after professional installation.
