Product description

Hanno® injection block is a PU injection resin for selective injection into joint sealing tapes.

Product properties

  • Compressive strength after curing and suitable for load transfer

Application areas

  • When installing windows to support loads from their own weight, payloads, and other loads that occur with windows and doors, for example, for pressure-resistant backing of fittings when burglary resistance is required.

Processing

The injection is made directly into the fully installed joint sealing tape; it is not necessary to unclip the tape before installation. The joint must be closed. Suitable for pre-compressed joint sealing tapes and multifunctional sealing tapes made of polyurethane soft foam with acrylate dispersion impregnation. Please refer to our installation instructions.

Cleaning

  • Clean tools only while the product is still uncured using a standard PU spray gun cleaner. After skin contact, wash off with water and rinse thoroughly.
Please observe the safety regulations.

Delivery form

  • Delivered in standard construction cartridges (300 ml) and processed using standard cartridge presses (with a maximum transmission ratio of 18:1).
