Electronics technician (m/f/d) in the maintenance team

Hanno Werk GmbH & Co KG, based in the Hanover region, is a medium-sized company with around 200 employees. We specialise in the sealing of connection joints in building construction and the manufacture of industrial seals, as well as in technical sound insulation for the automotive and mechanical engineering industries and in products to improve room acoustics and sound insulation.

Your tasks:

• Analysing and eliminating faults in complex production systems with electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components
• Servicing and maintenance of electrotechnical systems, production systems and operating equipment
• Supervision of technical building systems
• Carrying out new installations and commissioning
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (parts lists, circuit diagrams, maintenance orders, etc.)
• Support with project work

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), specialising in operating technology or energy and building technology
• Knowledge of drive and control technology
• Experience with PLC controls
• Willingness to work in shifts / emergency service after working hours
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Ability to systematically analyse problems
• High degree of reliability, resilience and personal responsibility
• High level of quality, safety and environmental awareness

We specialise in the sealing of connection joints in building construction and the manufacture of industrial seals, as well as in technical sound insulation for the automotive and mechanical engineering industries and in products for improving room acoustics and sound insulation.

Your tasks:

• Independent operation and set-up of the system
• Carrying out first-part, intermediate and factory self-tests
• Documentation and booking of measurement and production results
• Elimination of simple machine faults
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the plant area
• Instruction and cooperation with assigned temporary staff

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the industrial sector desirable
• Basics in dealing with parts lists, work plans
• Knowledge of quality management (testing, documentation, labelling and traceability)
• Thinking and measuring in "mm" units
• Basic PC and ERP knowledge (ideally ProAlpha)
• Calculation skills
• Knowledge of materials
• Ability to work in a team
• Manual dexterity
• Permanent attention (monitoring the machine run)
• Reading & writing (written & spoken German)
• Diligence (cleaning and maintenance of the workplace)
• Sense of order and cleanliness
• 3 shift operation
