Product description
Hannoband®-3E BG1 UA is a pre-compressed and impregnated multifunctional multifunctional joint sealing tape made of flexible polyurethane foam with acrylate dispersion impregnation and moisture-adaptive functional membranes. Pre-compressed rolls with acrylate adhesive as an installation aid. For sealing all functional areas in window joint sealing with one product. The tape meets all requirements for airtight and driving rain-proof sealing.

Application areas
- Hannoband®-3E BG1 UA can be used to seal the lower window connection joint. To transfer the load a screw connection must be made that allows the forces to be transferred to the building structure in a defined manner! Due to the different tape widths and thicknesses, a wide variety of joint widthn and window profile thicknesses can be sealed. Hannoband®-3E BG1 UA BG1 is not intended for expansion joints in the façade area. Use a tape of stress group 1 tested according to DIN 18542 BG1, e.g. Hannoband®-BG1.
Processing
- Please follow the assembly instructions
- Compressed material in particular shows delayed recovery behavior depending on the storage time and does not expand to its original thickness.
Cleaning
- Skin cleaning with soap and water. Impregnate and/or adhesive residues can be removed with a petrol-based cleaning agent. Please observe the safety instructions.

Notes
Depending on the weather conditions, the membranes require some time for their final and even contact pressure on the joint flankn. Tightness tests should therefore only be carried out four weeks after professional installation.

Environment
- Based on available data and experience, the product is not a hazardous substance within the meaning of the Hazardous Substances Ordinance and corresponding EC directives. However, we recommend observing the usual care and hygiene when handling chemical substances. Residues can be disposed of with household waste. Local regulations must be observed.
- The product complies with the following directives or fulfills the required restrictions on use: 1907/2006 (REACH), 2011/65 (RoHs2), 2015/863 (RoHs3), 2019/1021 (POP), 517/2014 (greenhouse gases), 2024/590 (depletion of the ozone layer).
